Star Trek Legacy Minimates Wave 1

StarTrek.com got the first look at these new Minimates sculpted by Art Asylum.  The first wave of Legacy figures spans two series and two features, with characters including Admiral Kirk and Khan from Star Trek II, First Contact Captain Picard and the Borg Quen, Commander Sisko and a Jem Hadar, plus Captain Archer and Xindi from Enterprise. Each Minimate stands two inches tall and features 14 points of articulation, as well as a variety of interchangeable and removable parts and accessories. The Minimates will be available only on the specialty market, with two-packs priced at $9.99 each or you can pre-order the whole wave here.

Diamond Select Toys and Art Asylum will celebrate the 25th anniversary of Captain Picard and the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D with these two new 8-inch retro figures.  They just released this new pic of the Borg and Picard.  These will be available this summer.

We got a preview pic of these new Star Trek toys back at San Diego Comic Con. Now Diamond Toys and Art Asylum have released new pics of the upcoming 8-inch retro Captain Picard and Borg figures. These Mego-inspired toys will run you around $20 when they hit comic shops, specialty stores and online retailers in early 2012.
