We’re taking a look at some of Hasbro’s San Diego Comic Con figures this week with more pics of GI Joe, Transformers, Star Wars, Marvel Universe and Indiana Jones exclusives. This is Articulation Times.
Hasbro has dug up it’s entire “lost wave” 2008 Indian Jones line as a Comic-Con special edition collector’s Pack. Each set includes Indy in German disguise with a rocket launcher, Satipo with a torch and backpack, Classic Indy with pistol, idol, sandbag, torch and logo base, Marion with snakes and a torch, the German Mechanic with hat and wrench, and the evil Toht with medallion, hot poker, removable overcoat and a swappable melting head. The collection comes in a collectable box and each figure will be individually carded. It will run $64.99 at the HasbroToyShop.com booth at San Diego Comic Con.
Indiana Jones fans should check out this City of Tanis – Map Room 12-inch figure environment from Sideshow Collectibles. Each piece of this Raiders of the Lost Ark set is individually painted. It will run you $199.99 on www.SideshowToy.com and should ship in the first quarter of 2012.
Hasbro will release an exclusive 3.75-inch set of Indiana Jones figures at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. The set will feature Toht with a melted head and changeable hand, Marion Ravenwood, Satipo, German Mechanic, Indy in German Disguise and Indiana Jones with a new head sculpt. They will all come packaged in a special box that opens to reveal all 6 figures on cardback. Hasbro has indicated that this will be the last Indiana Jones action figures they will produce for awhile.
