Meet Captain Harlock, a space pirate who has starred in a variety of TV shows and films over the years, including an upcoming live action feature, will soon get the Play Arts Kai treatment from Square Enix. Sneak Peek at Plastic Galaxy: The Story of Star Wars Toys

Check out this extended clip from the new documentary Plastic Galaxy: The Story of Star Wars Toys. The film showcases a few of the collectors, historians, and toy designers that helped to create and keep Star Wars toys relevant in popular culture. Kick-Ass 2

NECA showed off the new Kick-Ass 2 7-inch scale figures at Toy Fair over the weekend. This is our first look at Christopher Mintz-Plasse’s MotherF*cker costume from the film. Each toy will feature 20 points of articulation and come with character-specific accessories. These will hit the streets in June or you can pre-order the set here.

G.I. Joe Retaliation Waves 1-4

Hasbro has been sitting on a heap of new G.I. Joe action figures, most of them in the 3.75-inch scale.  With the new film releasing in March, expect to see new toys in stores later this month and in the fall.  Here’s a breakdown of all four planned waves:

Wave 1: Cobra Commander, Duke, Joe Trooper, Red Ninja, Roadblock, Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow, Zartan
