Mickey and Friends Cho Gattai King Chogokin Action Figure

It’s like a mix between Voltron and the Magic Kingdom.  In a collaboration between Tamashii Nations and Disney, some classic characters will be turned into transforming and combining “Gattai” robots. The Mickey and Friends Cho Gattai King Chogokin Robo Action Figure features die-cast parts and articulation. 7 individual robots make up the mecha including Jet Mickey, Sky Minnie, Diver Donald, Aqua Daisy, Land Goofy, Ace Willie, Dash Pluto and Kennel. Once combined, the King Robot will stand just a little over 8-inches high.  Dream Stick and Magical Mirror accessories also come in the set, along with 6 original-illustration postcard presentations as a limited first-production issue bonus.  This will land in the state this May or you can pre-order it here.

It’s been 60 years since the Walt Disney Company released an animated movie featuring a magical boy who never wanted to grow up as he battled an evil pirate captain. With the new Peter Pan Blu-Ray in stores now, the Disney Store has teamed up with Diamond Select Toys to release a new Minimate series based on the film. Two boxed sets featuring Pete, Cubby, Tootle and Nibs along with Michael, John, Captain Hook and Tinkerbell will include a flying base to pose the figs above the ground. Also there will be a Jolly Roger set with Wendy and Smee. Each Minimate figure stands 2 inches tall with 14 points of articulation. Look for all three sets to arrive at Disney Stores and on DisneyStore.com in early March.
