DC Collectibles returns to the video game world of Arkham City with a new series of action figures. Batman, Penguin, Ra’s Al Ghoul, Azreal and two thug variants make up the wave. Look for these to arrive in September.
What do you get the friend who is a big Batman fan and loves Japaneses super shogun-style robots? This could do the trick. It stands 11-inches tall and features rigid edges on the horns of his batcowl, gauntlets, and boots. Look for him in July or pre-order him here.
I’m still not sure which Lego line is more awesome: the Marvel or DC Universe. On one hand you have this sweet movie poster from the upcoming Avengers film done completely in Lego. I would gladly watch that movie. On the other hand, we have the new box art to the Lego Batman sequel for the XBox 360. I want to play that game very much. I’m curious to know what you think:
Beware the Batman is the name of Cartoon Network’s new show and it looks like ActionFigureInsider.com has the first pics of the new toy line. So far, they have only posted packaged pics of Batman and Killer Croc, but like almost every other caped crusader toy line, Batman will have a bunch of colorful versions to choose from. AFI has more pics posted along with a thorough breakdown of the figures in hand. At this time there still isn’t a release date for the toys or the cartoon.
