Square Enix will exclusively sell its new The Dark Knight Rises Batman with a metallic finish during San Diego Comic Con this summer. He stands 10-inches tall, comes with an alternate set of hands, weapons and a display stand. The limited run of 1,000 figures are currently up for preorder here, with the company shipping out orders July 17.
USAToday.com got the first look at DC Collectibles’ offerings at this year’s San Diego Comic Con. We’ll get an Aardman version of Superman ($24.95), a three-pack of Super Best Friends Forever figurines ($49.95), an Arkham City Hugo Strange action figure ($29.95) and a “Superheroes of Green Lantern” four-pack of 3.75-inch scale bad guys ($49.95). This year’s event will take place July 18 through Sunday, July 21.

MattyCollector.com has revealed its first San Diego Comic Con action figure exclusive for 2013. The Four Horsemen have sculpted new versions of Rokkon and Stonedar, helping to develop their snap-on arm and leg armor, rock mode transformation with the additional snap-on front piece and trademark laser guns that they can hold or snap into their chests. This Comet Warrior two-pack will be available for pre-order starting on June 4, with pick up at the big con. A limited number of these will also go on sale at MattyCollector.com on August 5. Mattel also announced several other SDCC exclusives this week including the New 52 Shazam! from the DC Club Infinite Earths line of toys.
