Hasbro Toy Shop has put up for sale a 3.75-inch Marvel Universe version of Nick Fury. The figure had previously been released as a Marvel Comics Digital Subscription exclusive with packaged prices on eBay currently fetching between $70 and $105. This news comes days after the sought after Marvel Universe versions of Archangel and Victor Von Doom appeared on the Hasbro Toy Shop. Those figures have since sold out.
ToyArk.com reports that HasbroToyShop.com plans to re-release a couple Marvel Universe action figures that had been used as incentives to Marvel’s digital subscription service. A maskless Victor Von Doom and the X-Force version of Archangel are both listed as “Coming Soon” on the Hasbro website. $14.99 each seems like a good deal considering both of these guys will set you back a low three figures on ebay.
This new line of 3.75-inch action figures from Hasbro features swappable limbs and weapons. It also features terrible articulation, average paint applications, decent sculpting and cheap plastic.
The good news: we’ll get a new series of 3.75-inch Wolverine action figures from Hasbro, just in time for the new movie. The bad news: it looks like they have nothing to do with the movie and only have 5 points of articulation. They’ll run you $5.99 when they go on sale June 1.
